    Hello Dr. Brad,

    I saw your post after a blissful deep breathing oxycise session and these principles came to my mind as things I've learned and experienced in the past few years that include energy medicine, traditional chinese medicine, quantum energy, and basic natural elements:

    1. Relieve the excess
    2. Rejuvenate the depleted
    3. Revive you imagination to create your life
    4. Remember the joys of deep breathing
    5. Relish in positive vibrations

    I've always wanted to study and practice alternative/naturopathic/quantum healing as a professional, as most of my knowledge is self-taught, but I took a different career path (teacher) because of persuasion by others that I wouldn't make a living because it wasn't a standard career. I only wish I knew how to make up for lost time and reach my full potential. I've always felt to be more of an entrepreneur.

    I've also practiced your Emotion Code techniques from the book and find it very interesting along with another type called the Healing Codes. I once spent over a year on chinese medicine and acupuncture treatments, and I like how the codes resolve the energy blockages and also address the stress/mental aspect of healing (which acupuncture has a harder time) that doesn't require complicated treatments; you can just do it on your own.

    Every day:
    1. Spend time walking on the carpet of Mother Earth, preferably without your shoes on.
    2. Smile at every opportunity, especially at your own reflection.
    3. Never stop questioning and releasing your conditioned beliefs that are not born of Truth.
    4. Create a Gratitude Journal and at bedtime write down at least 5 experiences you are grateful came into your life that day.
    5. At least once a month, or even better once a week, partake of body work - a physical adjustment, a massage, etc.

    1 Give away to others the thoughts, actions, and things, which I would be most grateful to receive; thus creating a peaceful and positive mind.

    2 Allow time for laughter, smiles, relaxation and play, so that my body’s strength is restored.

    3 Enjoy eating, and most often eat foods which are naturally good so that my body has its needed nutrients.

    4 Physically get out and move each day and establish a regular exercise routine.

    5 Establish Sleep patterns which provide sufficient rest, and wake up with a positive attitude and personal affirmations.

    #4) Get to know your neighbors. They will support you in times of trouble.
    If you have no trouble, at least they'll keep the spare house key for you

    #3) Become closer to your family members. See #4 (minus the house key;)

    #2) Try vegetarian eating. If you're feeling brave, try vegan! You might like it.
    (If you don't like it, you can always go BBQ that steak...there will still be lotsa cows around.)

    1. Decide and then regularly affirm that you are choosing radiant health and aliveness for yourself, that you are fully supported in your choice of healthnad that you are committed to those actions and attitudes that create and sustain health.

    2) A daily gratitude practice..listing 7 or more things you are grateful for about yourself and/or your life. Great to do in the morning and as you go to sleep.

    Not only is gratitude the highest vibration, but since we tend to find what we are looking for, this practice helps us perceive the blessings in our lives more and more.

    3. Look at yourself in the mirror with love and compassion as though you were the Divine gazing at his/her dearest friend or beloved child. Make it even more powerful by using the Ho-opponopono forgiveness practice where you tell yourself
    "“I'm sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you."

    I believe that lack of forgiveness is part of many illness patterns, and most people forgive themselves least of all.

    4. Each day find a way to express love to another person or an animal--at least once. Discover the love languages that you use--words of love or appreciation, acts of service, gifts, food, making someone laugh, physical affection and practice speaking that love language.

    Social contact and being of service has been proven to have amazing health benefits.

    5. Discover through research, muscle testing and trial/error observations of your body, and/or consulting with a practitioner--the best foods and ways of eating, the schedule, the amount of sleep, the exercise and mind/body practices for you (such as the Emotion Code) that make you feel most balanced, vital and happy.

    Then, do your best to build your schedule and lifestyle around providing these things for yourself. At the same time, accept with humor and understanding that there will be days and times when you can't do your health routines perfectly or at all.

    2. thank God for giving me another day to be with my family and friends and for giving me the time to be able to help them in any way that i can. and thank God for what is coming into my life at a time that i am ready for it , for the contacts that i am making in my personal healing journey and the progress that is being made with these contacts on cleansing, healing and purifying my body.

    Greetings! My top 5 ways to a healthier life:

    1) When i wake up before my family, i head out by my back patio window where the sun is coming up, sit comfortably, and Meditate. I focus on various positive things, Like how blessed i am to have my loved ones in my life, and extend to the universe all the love and gratitude i possibly can. Thank God for another beautiful day filled with possibilities. It sets the tone for a positive, productive day!

    2) In April of 2010, I was diagnosed with a rare genetic liver disease, Primary Biliary Cirrhosis (PBC) which there is no cure. In August 2010, I attended Dr. Brad's Emotion Code 2 day workshop in San Rafael. It totally changed my life. I am currently in remission, which is literally a first! Dr's say it is impossible. I say; "Anything is possible! tweak your perspective...have faith, your soul holds the answers. Miracles happen everyday!" I will say my #2 is to not only be a humble, gratious person, but to personify that gratitude, radiate it, share it with everyone you meet. Everyone is fighting battles of their own, you just might be the person who can lift them up.

    3) Personally, i believe that natural & Holistic is the way to go for optimal physical health. I feel that taking the best care of our bodies, inside and out, reaps limitless benefits. For exercise, i believe walking in the cool fresh air, taking in all the beauty nature has to offer is deeply cleansing, soothing. That connection is a simple pleasure most take for granted. It's beneficial to absorb it.

    4) The gift of giving your time to others... It does the soul wonders to extend your time, skills, and attention to those who are in need. Not just around the holidays, but anytime. Volunteer, assist those who are unable to do as much as you're able to, share with those who don't have as much as you do. Give generously from the heart, and never look for recognition or validation... It's validating enough to embody that unconditional love.

    5) Three L's... LOVE yourself!! LET GO of any negative feeling that is troubling you! & Learn lessons. When you truly take the time to learn to love yourself, it opens the door for you to be genuinely loved. The best gift you can give yourself is to KNOW you are worthy of all the love in the world. We all are. Letting go is so healthy. No lower vibrational emotion is worthy of your time. Guilt, anger, resentment, depression, etc.. Identify what the root cause is, ( Emotion code is ahhh-mazing here!) Take responsibility for it, and bid it farewell. It's like cutting sandbags from a hot air balloon. Only then are you free to soar. Also... There are no coincidences or "accidents", only lessons to be learned. Even in the hardest of times, you are given the opportunity to learn a lesson from it. Make the most of it!

    What an incredible gift you are offering! I have absolutely loved your book and the blessings it has brought to my life. I felt inspired and guided to find and read the book and I feel the skills it has taught me have been priceless!

    My husband was recently diagnosed with cancer, so we recently dived head-first into becoming more healthy. The 5 things that we are focusing on include:

    1. Eating better -- we're now eating a whole-foods, mostly vegetarian diet, and trying to incorporate as many greens as possible.

    2. Eliminate exposure to toxins -- we got rid of our microwave and nearly all plastic kitchen items as just one way to further eliminate our exposure to toxins. Other steps we have taken include eating food free from pesticides and chemicals (ie. no processed food, primarily).

    3. Releasing built-up emotions with The Emotion Code. I first read the book almost a year ago, and it has become quite an intuitive process to practice the techniques on my family, including even my pets! I can easily tell by my kids' behavior when they are struggling, and have found that releasing their trapped emotions improves both their health and behavior. I've even been teaching the techniques to my oldest, so he can learn to do it on himself, since I know this will be a valuable tool for him in his life.

    4. Take time to worship -- for me this includes religious services as well as personal prayer and study each day. I do believe that no matter what avenue your spirituality takes you, though, it is important to practice it often, even daily.

    5. Daily exercise -- I've been out of shape for a long time, and recently added a daily walk to my routine. I'm amazed at how adding a simple walk has improved my emotional and physical health.

    1. Be grateful and thankful
    For who I am; for opportunities for joy; for all of nature; for what I have been
    given, my friends and family
    2. Work with the angels
    What wonderful help is available just by asking
    3. Love my sacred self
    This is the hardest, clearing the bombardment of negatives throughout my life
    but hallelujah for the Emotion Code. Entering the heart chamber to commune
    with the devine
    4, Introduce more people to the Emotion and Body Code System. I get such a thrill
    when I use these to help people with their problems but find it extremely
    frustrating that skepticism reigns supreme for those who need it the most. I am
    committed to certification this year.
    5. Learning to eat for my body
    I am learning to grow my own vegies, I subscribe to a fresh catch weekly fish
    program, weekly visits to farmers markets which also has grass fed beef,
    including organ meats, staying away from wheat and sugar

    Dear Brad, thanks to my NLP trainer I once came across with your book – it’s extremely fascinating! Of course, over the last decades we have seen a lengthening list of new forms of successful physical and psychotherapy treatments, but many of these new techniques seem to have been discoveries rather than new inventions. They all failed
    To notice that touching someone here or applying intention there could be an effective form of therapy. Though the techniques you are describing in the Emotion Code have not yet been subjected to formal empirical study there are so many reasons for being excited about this new form of treatment. Your observations are perfectly consistent with findings garnered in different fields of “energy medicine” or “information medicine”. Not only have I been helped by that technique but also the rest of my family, friends, etc. You definitely seem to me like a poster child for integrity and compassion, humility and willingness to help your patients, other people, and even animals. An absolute benefit for mankind!

    Its according to what is healthy for me, not anyone else.
    I evolve to understand that we all carry baggage from different cycles of events in our life. I accepted them, embrace them and relieve them for anything outside of me is an illusion. I stay in the "NOW" twenty four hours a day and will not allow anyone other being or their enegy to enter my energy unless it resonance with mine. I eat 80% raw, exercise my body using yoga, pilates or tai chi, I look at life as a new day for a new adventure to expand my consciousness with love, understanding, humility and most of all fun. I own nothing and only live for the MOMENT.

    5> Control your intake. With industrial pollutants in the air and antibiotics in our water, it's hard enough to detox your system without the willing addition of junk food additives, tobacco, alcohol or other substances.
    4> Eat well. Pre-packaged imitation foods do not nurture the body. Computer geeks used to say "garbage in = garbage out" so make sure you are putting food in your body that is good for you, not just good-tasting.
    3> Exercise (preferably things that make you stretch) Loosening up the grip the muscles have on your circulation and nervous system increases bodily functions like waste removal and vitality, improving the overall quality of your life.
    2> BREATHE! You can go weeks without food and days without water, but only minutes without oxygen. It's THAT important. Oxygen carries the energy of life throughout your body, and many people consider slow asphyxiation to be a major cause of health disorders.

    When you do five things good for yourself you are automatically not doing five things that are bad for your health. Since things are synergistic, you are lirely to get 10 or more times better. That has been enough to tip the scales in my life over to mental and physical health.

    1. Use techniques- Such as Emotional Freedow Technique and or Emotion Code to gain health. EFT is great for relieving stress, physical performance, healing. Emotion Code is very fast and effective for me for healing.
    2. Eat "earth to mouth" ex unprocessed foods. I like to put butter or olive oil on my vegetables so they taste good enough to eat. I like whole food vitamins.
    3. Exercise. - This can be something fun like dancing, hiking, gardening.
    4. Sleep - Get a good nights sleep.
    5. Attitude - Have a positive one. Expect to stay/get healthy. Take radical responcibility for youself. This means not blaming others for your problems or feeling sorry for yourself

    1. Pray and Meditate First each day, throughout the day and before bedtime.
    2. Daily nutrition with plant-based diet, whole grains, nuts and seeds, etc.
    3. Exercise four or more times each week, 30 minutes each time, preferably outside in the fresh air.
    4. Drink enough water to equal half the body weight in ounces.
    5. Cleanse overworking areas of the body and rebuild the low areas using muscle testing and/or VoiceBio to indicate which areas.

    celebrate that you woke up on this side of the dirt - wooo-whooo!! another day to experience! be enchanted!

    align yourself with same plan that your creator has for you - this is your real life, it's not a pretend one and there are no do-overs (at least in this body). be willing to discover your authentic self, ask yourself questions like - would I want to be my own best friend? if not - do what you have to do to turn it around

    remember that - you can't help feeling > what you are feeling > when you are feeling it, we can however learn to manage them and our responses. you are, where you are in that moment, if it's undesireable - then get out. (if you slam you hand in the car door, are you gonna stand around and analyse the how come's, what for's or whose fault it is?)

    love and recieve love to your fullest capacity and keep discovering ways to expand your capacity, address any barriers that keep you from experiencing love(acknowledgement is the first step in forgiveness) . the emotion code is the top method for this process.

    become a master at self muscle testing (like the sway test and in my experience the most reliable). ask your body everything. hint - stay away from emotionally charged words like want or should. remember it also called a sway test for a reason - 'cause you can 'sway' the test to your favor. so check in and make sure that your heart-roots are planted in the right place (love vs. ego). muscle-testing is a discernment tool, a direct connection with inner knowing. practice, practice, practice

    1). Awaken, arise and immediately drink 8 ounces of water or more to rehydrate your body after your night of rest.
    2). Spend the next 20 minutes doing brain exercises. (see below)*
    3). Watch the sunrise as you proceed to yoga class.
    4). Shower/clean yourself up for the day ahead of you.
    5). Bless and thank your family, friends, co-workers and all the known and unknown elements of the coming day.

    Dear Dr. Brad, Many happy celebrations, here are my top 5. What a geat idea for this mindfest of wonderful ideas on how to lead a happier healthier life. Thankyou.

    1. Recognise that everything is an expression of The Infinite Consciousness, exploring, expressing and experiencing it's self. Therefore when you clean and clear you are liberating the flow of love, raising the vibrational frequency through every aspect of your life experience so that it radiates out to everything else.

    To do this you need to:-

    2. Develop an ever greater connection with your Away From Conscious Self, for example - using life, dream and inner generated metaphoric imagery and muscle testing so that you can increase your intuitive abilities to act on them to:-
    a) connect with your True Inner Self and align your life purpose of cleaning and giving something you have come to give to the world, and
    b) connect with your Away From Conscious Self in relation to all aspects of your life including all the parts of your body, to clear and clean away all ancestral, and present life baggage, replacing it with love, joy and a desire to be all that you can be.

    3. Pay attention to what you eat and drink and your environment. Remove all sensitivities, allergens, and unhealthy unnatural food from your diet and toxicity from your environment.

    I have always wanted to help people in my life and people out in the world. I have lost my mom and dad in the past 12 years. When they were alive I was always trying to find ways to heal them. I wish I had the emotion then, but now I would love to save my kids and myself , and all the people I can possibly can. I would love to have the whole program. I would be a blessing to my I love to help people. I do not have the money to buy it right now, but I get all the free downloads I can get. I am using it on myself and I love it.
