In the last five years that I have used The Emotion Code (and The Body Code) to find and correct underlying imbalances that cause dis-ease, I have seen amazing things, from cessation of pain and addiction to relief from emotional illness. Yet my own story remains foremost in my mind and is the reason I continued with this system of wellness in the first place. I have seen many benefits in my body, but the most striking is what has happened with my heart.
I was borne with two congenital heart problems that have given me grief—a LOT of grief—from my early twenties. At the time when I discovered The Emotion Code, my heart spells were at their worst: I would feel stabbing pains and intense pressure. My heart would race and often, early in the morning, I would feel very mortal—like I might die. Needless to say, it was no fun.
When I learned to use The Emotion Code, the first thing I did was go on a “rampage”, releasing my emotions as fast as my body would let me. When I had finished releasing a heart wall and over 400 trapped emotions, there is no more racing, no more night frights, and the pressure and stabbing pains were gone. They have never come back. This was a game changer for me.
