How long have you been practicing The Emotion Code?
I have been practicing The Emotion Code for 7 months.

How do you think The Emotion Code compares to other energy healing modalities?
I actually don’t feel that The Emotion Code can be compared to other energy healing modalities. I use several other energy healing modalities in my practice, and there is nothing else like The Emotion Code. It really does stand out from the rest, especially in regards to the Heart Wall. As far as I know, there isn’t another modality that addresses the walls that we place around our heart beside The Emotion Code. I feel that I have provided an invaluable service to my clients just by removing their Heart Walls and I’m so grateful to Dr. Nelson for discovering it.

What suggestions would you give to those that are new to practicing TEC?
Be patient with yourself. It may take time to learn to self-muscle test or to get into the flow of working with other people. Listen to and trust your inner voice. When you do, The Emotion Code will become so much easier to use. It will flow. Forgive yourself if you seem to be making mistakes, or if things don’t seem to working as smoothly as you expect them to. Don’t have expectations for either you or the person that you are working with. Keep your heart open and filled with Love.

Do you have any advice for people just starting to use The Emotion Code?
I would advise people that are just starting to use The Emotion Code to keep an open mind, as it might seem strange or unbelievable to some in the beginning since it is so easy to use and so easy to get great results. Keep using it and you’ll see how wonderfully it works! It is very gentle and very effective. I’d also like to give the advise of being patient. Even though I’ve seen some very startling and immediate results, it often takes several sessions to heal what you are working on. Be patient. Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see the results you expect or if you don’t get them immediately.

Do you have a healing story using TEC that you could tell us about?
Dante is a blue masked lovebird and is one of several birds that we have adopted. When we first got him, he didn’t want to leave his cage, and we had to coax him to get him out. Once he was out, he would happily hop onto a shoulder, but then wouldn’t budge when it was time to go back to his cage. He would make growling noises and would bite when someone tried to take him off a shoulder. And for a small bird, he had a big bite! I decided to try using The Emotion Code to see what trapped emotions I could release that would help Dante. I first worked on Dante’s reluctance to come out of his cage. Abandonment, Worry, Rejection, Dread and Terror came up. I then asked what trapped emotions were contributing to Dante not wanting to come off of a shoulder and biting. The emotions of Longing, Stubbornness and Fear came up. I also asked if there were any other trapped emotions that needed to be released in general and three separate emotions of rejection came up. (Note: Abandonment and Rejection are emotions that I have found to come up frequently with the birds that I have worked with that have been given up by their owners (companions) for adoption.) The next day I noticed that Dante was still a bit reluctant to come out of his cage. However, when it came to taking him off of my shoulder, he stepped up onto my finger without trying to bite me and came off with no problem for the very first time. I’ve had no problems with him coming off my shoulder or with me taking him off of someone else's shoulder since then. I’ve also noticed that he has been friendlier towards me than from before I worked on him. I sense that he is grateful that I’ve removed those trapped emotions from him. He is a much happier bird now.

A few months ago there was a horrific murder that occurred not too far from where I live. I realized that I had become obsessed about the murder and more specifically about the murderer since I was spending hours each night on the computer looking up whatever news that I could find about him. I was also consuming a fair amount of candy coated chocolates while I was on the computer during those hours. Several days later I realized that although I had previously removed my Heart Wall, I had never checked to see if I had Addictive Heart Energy. I muscle tested myself, found that I did have it and preceded to remove it. The next evening I realized that I had absolutely no inclination to go onto the computer and read up on either the murder or the murderer. A friend of mine brought up something regarding the murderer the next day and again I felt no interest in it at all. And since then, I’ve also had no interest in eating those candy coated chocolates. It completely blows me away that by simply swiping a magnet three times down the governing meridian that my addictive and compulsive behaviors are gone.

If you could tell the world about the Emotion Code in one sentence, what would you say?
The Emotion Code is a very simple, gentle and effective way to release what is preventing you from having the balanced, healthy and happy life that you deserve.

Where do you see the future of energy medicine headed?
I see energy medicine being used by everyone, not just used by practitioners and doctors, as it is so simple and so effective. I also believe that integrative medicine will be embraced and practiced by more doctors and that energy medicine will be accepted and used as a first step in treating their patients.

Thank you for the information on your bird. I have been hesitant to work on animals. My son has a service dog to help him with his P.T.S.D. and he has been acting up lately. My son gave me permission to work on the dog. I am hoping to get my son to let me help him with the P.T.S.D. also. I appreciate your comments.
