2. I would like to check the status of my order.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of when your product ships, including tracking information for domestic orders.
We ship most orders from the Close Combat Company fulfillment center, via standard delivery service to arrive in 3-7 business days from the receipt of order. Orders shipped Monday- Friday, weekends and holiday deliveries are excluded. International orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We can not ship to Nigeria. 4. I would like to return a product / refund policy on products.
Effective April 1st, 2010 the Close Combat Company (CloseCombatTraining.com) no longer has a return/refund policy.
As stated in our marketing materials and terms of sale, all DVD sales are final and may not be returned under any circumstances.
If on the rare occasion you received a broken or malfunctioning product, it will be our pleasure to replace it immediately for you without any inconvenience on your part. If you have received a broken or malfunctioning product please contact customer service immediately so we can send you a replacement.

For monthly supplement memberships, ONLY the most recent month's membership order will be refunded and the product DOES NOT have to be returned.

8. Can I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When you place your order you need to fill out both the billing and shipping information on the order form. The product will ship to the address entered in the shipping information section. If the shipping information section is left blank the order will be shipped to your billing address. If you order has already been place then you will only be able to change the shipping address if your order status is open. To check the status of your order click here

11. I'm having trouble playing the DVD's / my DVD's are defective.
Please make sure you’ve tried the DVD’s in two different DVD players before we send any replacements. Our DVDs are produced through a liq0 stamping process – if there is something wrong with the DVD’s the entire lot would be affected which is rare.

12. Does Dr. Nelson train privately?
No, so that Dr. Nelson can reach the greatest number of people to teach them how to defend and protect themselves and their families during these increasingly dangerous times Dr. Nelson teaches his advanced self defense training program only through the Close Combat Training program.
